Setting up your email

Setting up your email account shouldn't be a daunting task, it's actually quite easy. You can access your emails via IMAP, POP3 or directly online with Webmail.

Below you will find details for setting up your email account in Outlook, Mail, iPhone, and Android. Alternatively, click the button below to login online.

Take me to Webmail

IMAP

IMAP synchronizes your emails with the mail server. Emails are stored on the server and each device running IMAP will show what is on the server. If you read an email on one device, it will show as read on all devices. IMAP will use up storage in your account though so be careful and keep an eye on your storage limit. We can always upgrade your account should you need more space though.

POP3

POP3 downloads your emails and stores them locally on your device(s). Your email client (Outlook, Mac Mail, etc) will then delete the email from the server after a set amount of time. If you have multiple devices running POP3, these will not be synchronised. An email will remain unread on each device regardless of whether it has been read on any other. POP3 is great if you regularly run out of email storage.
